Join a relaxed and engaging Tree Walk orgainsed by Friends of St George’s Park, beginning at the park café, suitable for all ages and abilities. This gentle, accessible stroll invites individuals, families, dog walkers, and people with disabilities to explore the park at an easy pace.
Led by knowledgeable local guide Gundula, you’ll meet some of the park’s finest tree residents and learn how to identify them. Along the way, she will share fascinating insights into their traditional uses, medicinal properties, and rich folklore and history.
With a creative route and regular stops, this walk offers a chance to slow down, observe more closely, and develop a deeper connection with the trees and natural surroundings.
This Tree Walk is free but booking is essential as there are only 20 spaces.
